Basically, this is the background story (quoting from the lot description):
Natalya Danilova's great grandmother has died - but her last wish was that Natalya would hold on to the house where she herself had been so happy. But can Natalya even manage to keep the large and run-down mansion, never mind restore it to its former glory?
I'm really bad at keeping sims happy without the money cheat so this is going to be a tough one :)
