The Love Legacy - Generation 3 Chapter 6

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Love Legacy!!!!!!

So ... it looks like we're waiting for a wedding .... aren't we? ;)

Juliet: see? I told you we had better do get ready for the wedding ... I knew it!

Well ... you just looked out of the window and saw snow coming ... come on Juliet ....

Juliet: whatever .....

Juliet: and look, my long departed husband is also joining us today!

And that's very sweet of him, isn't it?

Juliet: nope ... he told me the real reason he's here ... he's hoping to take me with him after the wedding! But there's no way I'm gonna die on my youngest grandchild's wedding day! Absolutely no way! You heard me Grim Reaper? I know you're there, somewhere, always lurking and waiting for the perfect moment to show up ... which is NOT TODAY for sure !

Okay, we got it Juliet .... but let's move on! Don't you lot need to get ready? Lil, have you chosen your wedding dress yet?

Lily: nope ... I can't enter my room, it stinks ....

Mmmm stinks you say? Let's go check .... I think I may know what's causing the smell ....

And of course! Some guest at the feast party fooled me! and managed to leave stinky food upstairs  >.<

Anyway, after removing the stink of evidence, Lily was able to get dressed .....

Isn't she just beautiful with her white wedding gown , in the snowy landscape?

And finally the guests started to arrive ... 

Juliet: hello everyone and ... oh hi Rebecca! I see you're not pregnant anymore! So? Di you make me gran granny again?

Rebecca: sure gran! Of a beautiful little girl named Trinity! You should come by one of these days so you could meet her! She's a wonderful little thing!

Juliet: well congratulations kid! Now I have ... how many? Five grand grandchildren! Wow!

Rebecca: and you're gonna get more! Charlotte couldn't make it today ... she's at the hospital delivering her baby right now!

Juliet: aww that's some celebration! But well , get in , you all! Let's celebrate Lily's wedding as first thing! 

Jonathan: oh my Lily you're so beautiful!

Lily: Jonathan! Put me down *giggles*

Jonathan: no way love ... you're a beautiful bride and you're mine!

Jonathan: but where is everyone? That's lame , how long do I have to wait to make you my wife? I've waited long enough methinks!

Lily: I don't know ... I heard the door and I thought they would be here by now ....

Bonehilda: don't worry my lady, I'll go check!

Jonathan: yes please ... and do it quick! We are waiting here!

Bonehilda: sure sir ...... [the sooner you get married, the sooner you get outta here and the sooner I can stop obeying your orders you hippie guy .... oh yeses ....]

Bonehilda: ehm ehm ..... you are all requested to gather in the back yard , the wedding is about to begin!

..........

Bonehilda: I repeat : you may now proceed to the back yard!

..........

......... oh come on! I deleted almost all the fence!!!!! You can't possibly get stuck!! And what is Amanda's horse doing here anyway >.<

Jonathan: but what's going on here! Did The Reaper appear? As your grandma feared and your grandpa wished?

Lily: take that back Jonathan! Don't mention him ... you don't know where he's lurking right now .... he may hear you! 

Jonathan: oh come on, I was only joking ....

When FINALLY the guests made it to the backyard it was sunset! 

(Please note: the wedding was scheduled for 12 a.m. ........)

And Jonas was now a proud father of twin boys! 

Shameka: so what are you doing here? Your wife just had twins! Go home and meet your sons!

Jonas: I wish I could .... it was an epic deed to reach the back yard ... I have to go through the mass of people struggling to get here if I want to get out .... and, I have to do it the wrong way!

A few hours , massive usage of move objects cheat and few incidents later......

Jonathan and Lily were finally married!!

Jonathan: wow ... I do have one beautiful wife here .... hey Lil! Why don't we move out ... and do some baby making activity like , now?

Lily: what? Jonathan! We must cut the cake first ....

Jonathan: allright allright ... but let's do it quick okay?

The newlyweds had just cut the cake when Jonathan turned ....

Jonathan: Lil ... 

Lily: what's that love? Did you get your slice?

Jonathan: yes but .... I think something's going on inside ... and it's not good ....

They rushed indoor just in time to see .... poor Yusun bursting into ashes! 

Lily: what ....

Jonathan: oh my goodness .... was that .... I don't think I want to eat this cake now ....

Lily: Yusuuuuuuun! Oh my goodness .... oh dear .... Yusun ......

Arni: what's going on here? 

Jonathan: holy plumbob .... how did it happen? It wasn't .... it wasn't me that called it ... right?

I don't know!!!!  >.<  There wasn't even sunshine .... what's going on here? Oh my goodness Yusun!!!!!!!

Arni: oh ... that's not good ... that's not good at all ... where's June?

Juliet: oh my .... my little vampire girl ....

Sebastian: Yusuuuun! nooooooooo

Jonathan: please ... tell me ... it wasn't me .... I didn't mean it .... oh goodness ...

Grim Reaper: good evening Loves ..... anyone called?

Jonathan: it wasn't me .... it wasn't me ....

Lily: Yusuuuuuuun!

Sebastian: noooo! Grim Reaper go awayyyy! Away from my family!!

Harry: yeah but just wait a sec and pose for a picture ... three ... two ... one .... great! Thank you!

Grim Reaper: there's no respect for death anymore .....

Jonathan: Harry .... your niece just died ....

Simon: my sister .... my sister! Yusun ... why did you have to die? Why?

I don't know :( :( :( but seeing her ghost there in the kitchen ... I guess she died from thirst .... she could have said she needed a drink though! :(

On another note .... Simon ... does your girlfriend know you paint your fingernails green? O_o

Grim Reaper: oh so it's you , vampire girl! I hoped it would be one of the legacy family .... but oh well, I bet I'll be back soon! So now .... explain me how you managed to die of thirst at a party ...... didn't you have your plasma fruit with you? Aaaaan these youngsters .....

Yusun: I'm sorry I forgot my plasma at home! I promise I'll be better ... but please , let me live , I have a young kid !

Grim Reaper: you should have thought of him before you let yourself die of thirst! Goodbye , vampire girl .... see you in the netherworld ....

You're heartless! Evil and heartless!

Grim Reaper: well, that's part of the contract you know ... I didn't really mean it to happen but there was an hidden clause when I signed to become the Grim Reaper ... I didn't expect to be turned into a heartless hooded skeleton at first ... but hey, they pay well! By the way, that skeleton lady that I saw wander around ... what a hottie! Can you introduce me?

...... GET . OUT !

Harry: oh man ... poor Lily ... why did this have to happen on her wedding day?

Shameka: Lil ... Lily ... stop crying ....

Sebastian: nooooooooooooooooo

Shameka: honey, you're not helping ..... Arni .... go get June ... she should know ..... and Timoteo too! Where is he?

Arni: I can't ! Chin-Han is blocking the way!

Oh dear ... Timoteo was stuck and still happily throwing confettis .... and totally oblivious of what had happened to his wife!

And it seemed he wasn't the only one who were stuck in the confettis-throwing mode .... with very unpleasant effects for some ...

Jone: Jonas ... Jonas! Wake up! You can't freeze to death! Remember ... you haven't met your twins yet ... oh please don't die! 

June: thanks goodness you're still alive! And we don't want the Grim Reaper to show up on a wedding!

Oh my ... she doesn't know about Yusun yet ..... poor June ... Yusun was her best friend!

But luckily I saw Jonas on time!!!! Otherwise there would have been more than one death at this wedding .... ooh poor Lily :(

Jonathan: Lil ... I know how you're feeling but ... it was nobody's fault it just ... happened ...

Lily: but ... why didn't she tell us that she was thirsty! 

Lily: Oh Jonathan .....

June: hey you should move over from here, people can't get in and it's cold outside! Jonas nearly froze to death! And ... what's going on here?

Juliet: June .... something terrible just happened .... there is something that you should see .....

June: Oh my goodness .... Yusun .... so this is it, that's what's left of you ... not even an urn ... oh dear ... you were my best friend and we grew up together .... I can't believe you are no more ...... oh my ....

(for some reason the urn disappeared and now there's nothing I can do with the dust ... but to sweep it away! O_o I placed it in the graveyard , hopefully Bonehilda won't clear it away ...)

Lily: June ... how are you feeling? I'm sorry ....

June: it's no one's fault ... she was just careless I guess .... it's just ... I can't believe she died!

Lily: I know ... but I was here when it happened , I saw it all ...

June: oh holy plumbob ....

Lily: listen June , I know it's hard now but really, I just need to leave this place ... we're moving right away to start over and forget the last part of the day ... is it okay with you?

June: sure ... I'm gonna miss you little sis! But I'll come to visit soon

Lily: of course , come whenever you wish! Thank you for letting us stay up to now ... are you sure you'll be okay?

June: yes .....

Arni: oh plumbob .... that was shocking ... I don't know what I would do if I lost my Juniper .... please Grim stay away from us!

And so Lily and Jonathan were off to their new place .....

But June was really shocked and speechless ... she just wandered around the house with no purpose and no words ....

Arni: June , love , listen ... I know that was sad and shocking and you have all reasons to be ... well , shocked but ... it's no use keeping it all inside ... if you want to talk ... or cry ... I'm here okay?

June: oh Arni .... I can't believe it ... how could it happen ... it was so sudden ... and I couldn't even say goodbye! I can't even cry I'm just ... too shocked! And it made me think .... it's not only old age or tinkering with dangerous dishwashers .... it can be sudden for no apparent reason! I don't want it to happen to us ... I couldn't survive if you died! Please don't die Arni!

Arni: I'm not planning to , love . I'm scared to lose you too ... but for what I can do about it , I'm planning to have a long life with you , to grow up a lot of children and see them get married and have children of their own . And if we're lucky enough like your grandmother , we may also be allowed to meet our grand grandchildren! 

Arni: What do you think about it? Like the plan?

June: I do .... just .... don't become a vampire .... or repair the dishwasher ... ever ! okay? And there's always plenty of stuff in the fridge so you won't starve ... oh , and always wear something woollen when you're outside and it's cold , okay?

Arni: sure love .....

Arni: now, it's late , let's go to sleep ... come with me June ... we'll get over this ... together ...

The days passed but the Loves seemed to be unable to get over Yusun's death during Lily's wedding.

Juliet: it should have been me! He should have taken me .... it was written in that creepy book of deaths that he carries ... Benjamin told me , he had had a peek ... so why did he take Yusun? She was so young ... and poor Timoteo and Francisco ....

Only little Tobias was oblivious to his family's grief ... he wondered why he was often left in the toddler box instead of having someone playing with him ... but he had fun playing with the mirror so that was okay ... and now he could talk almost perfectly!

While his parents had their own way to cope .....

June: now , tell me again Arni ... this is the only way to take my mind off the latest events ...

Arni: well , I think we should redo the house almost completely . I'd love to have big windows which let lots of light in ....

June: and I'd love to have the rooms positioned at different levels with small stairs connecting them! Oh, and I'd love to have a huuuuuuuge open space for parties ... so people won't get stuck ....

--------------------------------------------- quite some time later ----------------------------------------------------------

Arni: so .... it looks like the renovations turned into are a very interesting subject ... don't you think?

June: the best subject ever I daresay *giggles* but hey ... don't you think ... it's the perfect time to give Tobias a little brother or sister?

Arni: do you really ....

June: yes ....

Arni: well then ... I guess we could ...

Juliet: hey June! I just got a call from Charlotte and she said ....-- ah ....

June: gran! Gee! I didn't hear knocking ....

Juliet: sorry kid , this was my room till a short while ago! If you get a move on with the renovations I'll have it back ...

June: yes exactly ... we were just ... uh .... talking about the renovations .... eh ....

Arni: yeah we were planning a few ... uh ... stuff .....

Juliet: yeah right of course ... actually I think I really don't want to know... anyway, Charlotte says she's home and we can go to meet her new babies!

When they arrived at Charlotte's place it was snowing heavily . Juliet stopped talking with Kyle , Cyril's boyfriend , who was walking his dog Milo ... (so , the dog who attended June&Rebecca's weddings wasn't a stray after all!) .....

June: hey sis ! How ---

Charlotte: oh my goodness June! I'm sososo sorry for what happened at Lily's wedding! I'm so sorry I couldn't be there but ... Jonas told me ... and by the way , thank you for defreezing him! The Grim could have come for him as well if it wasn't for you ...

June: it's nothing Charlie ... he was lucky I was standing behind him .... and I'm trying to forget that day although I guess it's harder for Lily ... but we'll all get over it at some point , right? Now tell me about you! And your wonderful boys!

Charlotte: honestly June ... I think I was a fool! I wanted a lot of kids , yes ... but I didn't know I would have twins! And with them and a Yesenia sleeping in the same room ... it's a mess! We can't sleep at all, if one wakes up , everybody does! I'm so tired June! Was it my idea to have a big family?

June: well ... yours and Jonas's , yes . But if you need help you can just ask , okay?

Charlotte: thanks ... but now , come in! I'll show you my precious boys ....

June: awwww so precious! This one is Manu ... and Charlotte says she suspects he's a wizard!

Juliet: and this one is Thomas ... and he's a fairy! Oooh a wizard and a fairy .... I can see them making lots of troubles when they grow up!

In all this mess Yesenia was left outside in the cold! So June picked her up and brought her to her cot ....

Juliet: umph ... I wanted to cuddle Manu as well ... but Charlotte got there first!

June: gran ... how about leaving Charlotte to her kids ... and go to check on Rebecca's girl as well?

Charlotte: oh she's not at home, she was here this morning and she told me she would go to have a drink at the karaoke bar ... just across the road! You can check if she's still there!

In fact she was ... in her wedding dress , dancing with her husband ...

They are inseparable these two! <3

June: hey sis! How are you doing? hey Karl ....

Rebecca: June! How did you find me here? I bet Charlotte told you ....

June: she did but ... you look so sad! What's wrong?

Rebecca: nothing it's just .... Trinity ... she is ...

June: oh goodness, is she ill or something?

Rebecca: no she is .....

Rebecca: oh June , I'm so sorry for Yusun ... and Lily .... and you ... you were close right?

June: we were ... but I'm kinda trying to get over it and it doesn't help if people keep reminding me ...

Rebecca: right, sorry ....

June: doesn't matter ... but I came here to ask you if we could visit and meet Trinity!

Rebecca: well ... yeah why not , let's go ...

June: what's wrong sis? Is something wrong with your daughter?

Rebecca: no not at all it's just ... you'll see ....

Rebecca&Karl's house looked wonderful in the snow! And they had already set up festive lights!

When June scooped Trinity in her arms she understood her sister's worries ....

June: hey you got one beautiful young lady here, Rebs! She's adorable!

Rebecca: yes but she is .....

June: a cute little vampire baby!

Rebecca: yes ... and after what happened to Yusun ... I'm scared June! What if it happens to Karl as well?

June: it won't ... he's a really considerate man , he'll never forget his plasma juice at home!

Rebecca: and what about Trinity? She's young ... and I'm not a vampire so maybe I can't teach her all the things she should know! I don't want to be a bad mother June ... but I'm so scared! What if I don't understand what a vampire baby needs?

June: then your husband will , I'm sure ...

Rebecca: yes but Yusun ....

June: listen to me sis . Yusun wasn't born vampire , she became one . Maybe it took time to get used to it , she didn't have it in her blood . While Karl and this little girl were born vampires , they'll know how to survive , they have it in their blood ... being worried is normal , me and Arni are too ... but really , nothing bad is going to happen to them , I'm sure!

Rebecca: okay ... if you say so ... thanks sis ... it's good to talk you know ... makes you feel better ... I'll go downstairs to make tea now....

June: sure! I'll cuddle my little vampire niece a bit more and I'll come ...

Little Trinity was so cute! June couldn't stop cuddling her! And she realised that she missed having a newborn baby in her arms ... and it was time to give Tobias a little sibling ... possibly a little sister! She would love to have a baby girl ....

June: aww Arni you were right! Relaxing in the hot tub during a snowfall is amazing!

Arni: see? Told ya! We always did this in Aurora Skies ... it's like a tradition! And it's so refreshing and relaxing ... and with you in my arms , it's very romantic actually ...

June: aww you're so sweet .... and please remind me ... what about that baby making plan? *winks* I thought you said something about the hot tub ....

Arni: haha you're so straightforward June! and yes ... I did mention it ... but ... you know I'm shy and ... we're in the back yard ... I feel ... observed ...

June: naah, no one is watching us Arni ... it's dawn , they're all asleep!

Arni: well if you say so ........

Bonehilda:  .................................................

Arni: so?

June: wow ... now I totally understand my sister Lily .....

Arni: wanna try that again?

June: Arni!!

Shameka: wow ... look! It's the first time that we manage to have breakfast all together ... at the same time! And on the same table ... what an event!

June: well, yeah it's not just a case .... we have something to tell you ....

Sebastian: oooh there's another baby on the way! Isn't it?

Juliet: *cough* holy plumbob, son! You should prepare your old mother before telling such big news at breakfast!

June: no, that is not the news gran ...

Sebastian: I just guessed ...

Juliet: oh ... so I nearly got a heart attack for nothing! I would have liked that kind of news though ... you know, I'm getting old and I'd love to see Tobias have a little brother or sister ....

Juliet: so? What's that you wanted to tell us, dear?

June: we decided it's time to renovate the house. Today, in fact .... if it's not a problem with you all, that is ....

Juliet: well, I was the first one to build Love House ... or hut, that was. It only had a kitchen/livingroom and a bedroom upstairs! Oh, and the bathroom ... that one is one of the few things that stayed the same, together with the green colour of some part of the house ... and the living room tapestry! And when Sebastian and his siblings came me and your grandfather enlarged the house .... And then when your parents got married, the house was renovated .... I was happy to see your parents renovating the house, June, and I'll be happy to see you and Arni do it again! This house will pass on for ten generation, it's good that new kids adjust it to their taste .....

June: that's nice to hear gran ... because this time, we weren't only thinking of renovating ... we wanted to make it totally different! But we'll try to keep some things from the original plan as well .... you know, we want something bigger .... we don't want people to get stuck in parties anymore ....

Juliet: well well it's yours now, you can do whatever you like kid! I'm just happy I was the first one to settle down here ... and we're still living in the same lot! So, when are the renovations starting?

Arni: in a few minutes actually .... Hedwig-the-voice will do them for us! While we are out of the way ... so we thought, why don't we all go to the winter festival today?

Shameka: that sounds like a great idea! I'd love to go iceskating!

Sebastian: and I'd love to try snowboarding ....

June: and I think Sophie will have fun ... and Tobias as well!

Juliet: good! So let's get ready to go then!

I think Tobias was the one who enjoyed the walk the most ... He had never been out while the snow was falling! He loved the cold so it was only natural he was totally bewitched by those little flakes of cold water falling all over him!

And look who was already enjoying the festival? Newlyweds Lily and Jonathan! And Lily was skating with invisible blades placed under her boots ... oh well ....

But she's quite good! I never knew she could skate O_o



And at some point even this guy appeared ... he's named Pal Love and he was someone's IF ... I don't remember whose it was ... Lily I guess. Anyway, I've no idea what he was doing there ... why he was still a kid, why did he look like a kid with the IF ball on his head .... and why on earth could I see it! Just one word: CREEPY ....

Anyway, totally unaware of the creepy IF, the Loves went iceskating all together! And June and Arni pirouetted together ... sweet <3

But it's time for renovations! Look at Love House as it is now for the last time people .... it's gonna be totally different when the Loves come back from the festival!

NDA: I really love this house and I'm gonna miss it a lot ... but I'll try to keep some of its features in the total make-over! Since I wanted to keep the house as it was, at some point I thought of moving the whole family to another lot where I could build the new one ... maybe close to the river! That was the lot where June&Arni went camping and later on got married in. But it would have been kinda tricky to build a house on an uneven lot like that was (and I don't have that much building skills) and secondly I kind of like the idea of the legacy family always living in the same lot. So in the end I decided to save this house in the bin first, and then renovate it completely trying to keep some of its features .... Basically, the lot is so huge and I think the space is not well used now. Besides, I'd like to try to build different levels of flooring connected by stairs in the same room. And, considered that Arni comes from Aurora Skies, I'd like to add some touches of that building style to the house. I've no idea what's going to come out of this though :D Wish me luck!

I hope you liked the chapter! It was a little shorter than usual maybe ... but now it's time to renovate and that will take a while so .... that's it for this time!

(Although the first chapter of the Legacy was published on the sims 3 website on July 22nd 2012) And, 6 is one of my lucky numbers so ... that's it! Let's celebrate the one year anniversary of the legacy blog with generation 3 chapter 6 :D
